Job Summary
The assistant manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Critical Care Laboratory and provides leadership within the area.
Duties include oversight of laboratory operations, CAP/CLIA compliance, QA, safety, timekeeping, scheduling, testing strategies, test platform validations, information technology and automation as well as platform performance and problem resolution.
The AD assists with P3 evaluations, corrective action, budgeting, purchasing, and new equipment evaluation.
