The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in program management, technical leadership, and a background in government contracts, particularly in missile systems

Job Summary

  • The Targets, Test, and Evaluation Senior Program Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and geographically dispersed subcontractors in the design, development, manufacture, integration, and testing of complex hardware and software solutions for U.S. Government customers.
  • This role requires strong technical leadership and full-spectrum program management expertise, including oversight of systems engineering activities, subcontractor performance, technical execution, schedule and cost management, and risk identification and mitigation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting USASMDC or MDA test and evaluation programs is strongly preferred and an Active Secret Clearance is required.
