Omada Health is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead consumer marketing strategies aimed at increasing enrollment and engagement in their health programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, and will oversee a team to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness

Job Summary

  • Lead and manage team responsible for Omada’s consumer marketing strategy across email, direct mail, SMS/phone-based outreach, web, social & paid channels to increase consumer awareness of the benefit, drive conversion into the program, and increase engagement of enrolled members.
  • Oversee quarterly experimentation roadmap and deployment of A/B and multivariate tests to improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Marketing Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Member Support to align marketing strategies and messages with business objectives.
