Summit Place LTC is seeking a Behavior Support Nurse (Registered Practical Nurse) to conduct behavioral assessments and implement intervention plans for residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gerontology and experience working in long-term care environments

Job Summary

  • Participates in conducting behavioural assessments and implements and documents specific behavioural interventions.
  • Coaches other direct care staff and supports the Behavioural Support Ontario leads.
  • Provides cognitive, social, emotional support and responds to and manages significant changes in resident’s condition and or medical emergencies.
