The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in developing and implementing the facility's quality assurance program and assist in planning resident discharge services.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license in Texas
Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required

Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
