The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review performance components, develop SOPs, and implement innovative design solutions.
This position involves supporting project execution across multiple business aspects including estimating, business development, R&D innovation, production improvements, procurement, marketing, and service.

Mechanical design engineering
Project coordination and management
Equipment testing and optimization
Technical client collaboration
Engineering analysis tools usage
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) development
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Electrical, Structural, and Controls engineering
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, Revit, and FEA
CFD experience
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
Experience with HVAC and liquid piping design
Product development experience
Familiarity with ASME B31.1, 31.3, or 31.9 standards
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years design engineering experience
Strong understanding of VAVE principles
Excellent project management skills
Registered with APEGA or ASET (preferred)
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
