Must-have

  • 5+ years EHS experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Cal/OSHA and OSHA regulations
  • Experience with hazardous waste and air permits
  • Ability to lead safety committees and Kaizens
  • Root cause analysis for incidents and near misses

  • Workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation experience
  • Sustainability and climate initiative reporting
  • International Building Code and NFPA standards knowledge
  • FM Global standards familiarity

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or CEM) preferred
