Job Summary
Lead and perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) analysis for plant systems and equipment across ADNOC assets.
Develop, validate, and optimize equipment-specific maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs using RCM, FMEA/FMECA, including asset criticality assessment.
Facilitate and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and provide structured recommendations to prevent recurrence of failures.
