Job Summary

  • Assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
  • Participate in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, and assist in developing monthly activity calendars and maintaining attendance records.
  • Assist with assessment documentation, quarterly progress notes, and arranging transportation for residents when necessary.
