  • The Operations Leader is accountable for providing leadership and direction to Production Teams and Operations Shift Coordinators in order to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in a continuous improvement environment.
  • In this role, you will lead the team in safely producing the highest quality product, coach employees for effectiveness, efficiency, performance, safety practices, and adherence to procedures, and ensure team performance goals are aligned to department and plant business objectives.

Salary

Base: Strong base salary; Bonus/Equity: variable quarterly bonus program; Benefits: Generous Health Benefits beginning day 1, 401(k) Match Program (up to 6% company match) PLUS a company Retirement contribution (3% of base salary), Competitive Vacation accrual PLUS company and personal holidays
