Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • The role involves providing direct nursing care, managing personnel functions, participating in staff development, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
