Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Two years related experience
No felony conviction
No DWI conviction in past 3 years
Complete ECO Training Program within 1 year
Complete NM DPS Telecommunicator Academy within 1 year
Obtain State Telecommunicator certification
Obtain State EMD certification
Obtain AHA CPR certification
Obtain NCIC Full Access Terminal Operator certification
