  • You’ll be responsible for the management of the HSSU Production Area, ensuring efficient and effective use of available resources to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
  • You will motivate, supervise the HSSU Team and organise their scheduling / rotas to ensure department is adequately staffed, including performing Performance Development Reviews.
