Job Summary

• The Investment Banking Senior Associate is responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions.
• Responsibilities include assisting in the execution of Investment Banking business activities, enhancing M&A execution and capital raising capabilities, and managing and mentoring analysts.

Key Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or closely related areas
• Master's degree in Business Administration
• Series 79 and 63 licenses
