  • This position serves as the College’s primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), with responsibility for ensuring full compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies.
  • The role manages complex and sensitive FMLA cases and provides guidance to employees and leadership to ensure consistent application of leave practices across the College.
  • In addition, this position plays a key role in supporting the administration of the College’s benefits programs, assisting employees with benefit-related questions, enrollment processes, and issue resolution.
