Job Summary

• We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model.
• The role is responsible for executing end-to-end Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) recordkeeping operations, data management, enrollment, purchase processing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and control frameworks, maintain operational trackers, proactively escalate risks/issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
