Job Summary

  • Assist with all aspects of operations including event coordination, building maintenance, engineering, audio/visual services, grounds maintenance, ice maintenance, event staffing, setups and changeovers.
  • Supervise operations staff, including training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints.
  • Prepare ice for all ice events, oversee ice installation and maintenance, and train staff on all relevant laws, codes, and safety procedures.
