Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in security engineering
Hands-on involvement in deployment and management of Microsoft 365 E5 Security & Compliance features
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies
Experience in data classification, data loss prevention, insider risk management, and regulatory compliance controls using M365
Understanding of identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, and RBAC
Familiarity with cloud-native security operations, Microsoft Secure Score, and M365 service health/performance monitoring
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
