Base: 166,000 - 248,000 CAD (Toronto) / 177,000 - 265,000 USD (Dallas); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and potential equity; Benefits: Health, retirement, PTO, and EAP included

Key Requirements
15+ years experience in finance transformation
Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
Project qualifications like PMP or Prince2 advantageous
