Job Summary

  • You will assist the team in charge of client communication and engagement, improving client knowledge of Fashion boutiques and supporting the needs of over 60 boutiques in Europe.
  • You will participate in the development of an European communication plan and a targeting CRM plan, coordinating CRM campaigns across digital, on, and off channels.
  • You will work in strong collaboration with numerous European teams and global teams, allowing you to understand and gain visibility on many strategic global and local projects.
