Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, assisting in development of monthly activity calendars, and maintaining attendance records.
The role requires assisting with resident assessments, care plans, and documentation, as well as keeping the Activity Department clean and orderly.
