The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as monitoring and recording vital signs and intake.
The role requires ensuring residents' rooms are prepared for admission, assisting with transfers, and maintaining a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere on the unit.
