Job Summary

  • This role focuses on designing the end-to-end experience of AI-enabled software development —from code authoring and review through to deployment and operations.
  • The Principal Designer will shape how engineers experience internal platforms and AI-enabled workflows—ensuring they are usable, coherent, scalable, and aligned to engineering standards and business outcomes.
  • We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
