• The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the governance and operations of all enterprise-wide Patient Services vendor programs, ensuring solutions are developed, maintained, and scaled in accordance with enterprise standards.
• This role will facilitate relationships with third-party vendors, ensure data acquisition and integration, and provide critical inputs to senior leadership on vendor selection and the RFP process.
