Job Summary
The Director R&D, Healing and Core Tech will lead a cross-functional research and development organization focused on design, materials selection, and process development for advancing a robust portfolio of healing innovations as well as growing our Cardiovascular (non-suture) portfolio offerings.
The role requires deep technical expertise, proven experience developing and scaling manufacturing processes in the medical device industry, and the ability to translate scientific concepts into regulatory-ready products.
This role will be located in Raritan, NJ & work a hybrid work schedule (≥3 days in the office).

Salary
Base: $164,000.00 - $282,900.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for long-term incentive program; Benefits: Vacation, Sick time, Holiday pay, Work/Personal/Family Time, Parental Leave, Bereavement Leave, Caregiver Leave, Volunteer Leave, Military Spouse Time-Off
