This role defines and executes the enterprise operational strategy for revenue cycle services across Ambulatory and Hospital client segments.
The incumbent owns operational performance supporting $45M in annual revenue while driving improvements in DSO, clean claim rates, and denial management.
Leadership is required for a 700+ person global workforce operating across the U.S., India, and the Philippines with a focus on automation and process excellence.
