Job Summary

  • As an End User Computing Technician, you will support, maintain, and enhance computer services by delivering reliable, consistent, and high-quality technology solutions using cost effective and innovative support techniques.
  • In this role, you will also help strengthen support operations by training Tier 1 staff to improve first call resolution and identifying opportunities to automate processes that enhance efficiency and user experience.
