This role will be responsible for leading the design, planning, implementation, and oversight of the comprehensive training strategy for the Andean Cluster.
You will ensure that training programs for commercial, administrative, and business units are effectively executed in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, aligned with LATAM regional and international guidelines.
