Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years BAS HVAC electrical experience
  • Lead/manage BAS facility projects
  • Perform commissioning documentation creation
  • Manage financial aspects of BAS projects
  • Review mark-up engineering drawings specifications
  • Provide oversight to contractor installation programming

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced Tridium Niagara BAS Certification
  • Experience with statistical process control
  • Ability to read blueprints shop drawings schematics
  • Experience with automation protocols Modbus BACnet LonWorks
  • EPA refrigeration universal certification
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems CMMS

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years BAS HVAC electrical plumbing experience
  • Unrestricted US work authorization required
