Job Summary
Provide legal advice, counsel, and guidance to support the development, construction, financing and operation of Invenergy’s growing transmission business and energy generation portfolio.
Provide legal support on a variety of commercial transactions from development through construction and operation of Invenergy’s transmission and energy generation projects, including debt and equity financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, interconnection agreements, procurement and construction agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements.

Salary
Base: 180,000.00 - 216,000.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: 25% - 40% Annual Bonus; Benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off
