Job Summary
This job processes and distributes supplies and equipment to various hospital departments.
Responsibilities include the receipt and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies, careful inspection of shipments, maintaining supply and equipment par levels, restocking and rotating supplies, decontaminating reusable medical supplies and equipment, assisting in inventory processes, processing and delivering special requests, performing cycle counts, and performing other general housekeeping duties.
The physical demands require exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally to move objects and the ability to stoop, bend, reach, grab, and stand for prolonged periods.
