• The Head of Finance Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, building, and leading a newly established Finance Technology function within Ares Management.
• This role partners closely with senior Finance leadership to ensure technology capabilities enable accurate reporting, scalable growth, regulatory compliance, and timely decision-making.

• Experience in asset management or financial services
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Advanced degree preferred
