Develop strategy and implement the planning, development, and administration of career and employment assistance programs for students.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred
At least five (5) years of industry-specific experience
Ten (10) years of industry-specific experience preferred
At least three (3) years of recruiting and/or development experience
