Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating price lists in Oracle, coordinating with Finance to resolve billing and collection issues, and ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
