Job Summary
The Food and Beverages Manager is responsible for F&B services, catering and suite services, concessions, backstage catering, In-Seat services, and special events F&B services.
Essential duties include developing menus, assisting clients with selections, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and supervising concessions stands, catering functions, setup, staffing, and inventory.
The role requires managing F&B areas for arena events, ensuring client satisfaction and quality control standards, recruiting and training staff, and daily management of the F&B department.

Key Requirements
