Oversee all operations in clinical packaging and distribution, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with FDA and EU standards.
This role involves managing supplier relationships, overseeing investments, and coordinating local CSO PMO activities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry Sciences
10+ years experience in technology/operations management
Experience with pharmaceutical packaging
Strong compliance mindset (cGMP, FDA, EMEA, GDP)
Demonstrated ability in leading large teams
Experience with Operational Excellence methodology
Project Management certification (preferred)
Six Sigma certified Green or Black Belt (preferred)
