Must-have
Develop and implement production fixtures
Develop new Routers, BOM’s, IIS’
Participate in MRB and CAPA activities
Utilize metrics for quality issue analysis
Lead cell level process improvement
Review product design for manufacturability
Manage manufacturing details of NPRs
Develop and execute Validation protocols
Implement and improve manufacturing processes
Communicate with Cross Functional Team

Key Requirements
BS in Engineering required
2+ years engineering experience
Applied experience in AutoCAD, Solidworks or equivalent
Basic understanding of GD&T
Basic understanding of Validation, APQP or PPAP process desired
