Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Automation testing with Selenium
Functional and manual testing
API testing with Postman or SOAP UI
Test strategy and plan creation
Defect management and triage
Agile methodology with JIRA and Zephyr
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and coordination
Domain knowledge in regulated industries
Ownership and autonomy in task management
Experience with multiple automation tools
Collaboration with BAs and developers
Key Requirements
7–9 years experience in testing
Experience in insurance domain
At least two projects in automation testing
Experience with Agile development environment
Experience in life insurance or similar regulated industries
