This fully remote position within Poland requires strong experience in benefits management, process improvement, and HR systems, ideally with a background in automation and vendor management

Job Summary

  • Lead global projects from start to finish, establishing brand-new benefit offerings and compliance frameworks in new and existing country markets.
  • Redesign key processes to dramatically cut down on cycle time and reduce defects, automating recurring tasks like eligibility checks and reconciliations.
  • Build stunning dashboards and reports on key metrics, conduct global benchmarking, and own day-to-day vendor performance to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
