The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual to maintain quality care.
Employees must be prepared to administer medications, manage complex charting, and participate in facility surveys and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
