Job Summary

• The Maintenance Worker will respond to all daily maintenance requests, conduct Preventative Maintenance inspections of equipment and repair as required or as specified within our Preventative Maintenance program.
• Performs mechanical maintenance and repairs to equipment such as replacing drive belts, lubricating motors and hinges, repairs to heating and ventilation systems, repairs to kitchen and laundry equipment, repairs to yard equipment.
