Salary
Base: $45,000 - $50,000; Bonus/Equity: $2,000 Sign On Bonus; Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health/Insurance, 401(k), Wellbeing Programs

Key Requirements
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Qualified Professional as defined by state agencies
NC Licenses: CADC, LCAS or relevant Associate Level license
Master’s degree in a human service field and one year supervised experience
Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and two years supervised experience
Bachelor’s degree in other field and four years supervised experience
