Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience
• 3-5 years leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry
• Experience with packaging equipment design, development, and qualification
• Experience with medical device, combination product, pharmaceutical packaging equipment
• Proven expertise in GMP, process and equipment qualification & validation
