Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Manufacturing, Programme, and/or Engineering

  • Knowledge of cost drivers for jigs, tools, CAPEX, and OPEX
  • Ability to apply "Design and Manufacture to Cost" principles
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • BPSS and Export Control checks required
