Base: $212,100.00 - $318,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives eligible for VP/Director; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Must-have
Active DoD Secret clearance required
16 years engineering experience minimum
Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM
Systems engineering process expertise
Complex system design and integration
Aerospace missile systems background
Nice-to-have
Air launched weapon development experience
Missile seeker and sensor integration knowledge
Formal presentation skills to senior leadership
Hardware/software embedded systems experience
Integrated Product Team leadership background
Key Requirements
Active DoD Secret clearance with recent background investigation
Bachelor's degree plus 16 years experience (or Master's + 14 years)
U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance positions
Proven track record in aerospace systems engineering
