Job Summary

  • The Service Desk Specialist III will support one of Astreya’s key clients, responsible for troubleshooting and fixing desktop/computer hardware and software issues while striving to deliver excellent customer service.
  • The role involves following standard operating procedures to image, update, and resolve computer and software application issues, maintaining equipment inventory, and providing routine hardware and software troubleshooting support.
  • This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent coordination and communication skills, and the ability to resolve technical issues under pressure.
