Job Summary

  • Supports and assists the Community Director in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community.
  • Completes accounting and bookkeeping tasks, prepares monthly close-out and financial reports, processes invoices for payment, collects rent, and performs account reconciliations.
  • Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
