The Field Service Engineer is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure peak performance of Xeikon products through meticulous on-site maintenance, repair, and collaborative problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include keeping SMAX work orders current, accurately marking machines up and down in real time, and providing detailed activity logs on troubleshooting and resolutions.
The role requires the ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, by car and plane, with a willingness and availability to work various hours, including weekends and on-call.
