Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to state laws regarding protected health information and resident safety.
Key responsibilities include measuring vital signs, assisting with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
