Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a supervisor and Human Resources professional in the areas of qualification review, salary administration, BEACON support, and HR consultation.
  • This position works with Division 7 managers in interpreting and applying personnel and departmental policies and is responsible for supervising a group of technicians that support the Division.
  • The successful applicant will be expected to consult with managers and employees within the Division regarding qualification and salary administration policies and procedures.
